What is the difference between your wedding packages?
A quick and easy guide to our wedding packages is:
PLATINUM – Ceremony, Cocktail time, DJ and Master of Ceremonies (MC)
GOLD – DJ and Master of Ceremonies (MC)
SILVER – DJ Only
BREEZE – Ceremony and light DJ

Do your DJ’s bring lighting? What sort?
Yes. With all of our DJ packages (so all package except our Bronze wedding package) our DJ will provide lighting.
Each DJ has their own preferred lighting system so what they bring is dependant on which DJ you are having.
Do you have any pictures of your DJs set up?
Our DJ’s don’t have a standard set up. Each set up is dependant on many factors, such as your venue, the amount of guests you have coming, your chosen table style (long or circle) and how many tables you require.
Is there any videos of your DJ playing?
Unfortunately we don’t have any videos to show of our DJ’s. As we are playing other peoples songs and do not usually mix there wouldn’t be much to see. There are also legal requirements to record at special events
We do put photos on Facebook of crowd dancing/interaction at times.

Do you provide a microphone?
A microphone is provided with all wedding package.

What time will the DJ set up?
Our DJ’s take between 1-1.5hrs to set up.
They will be completely set up and sound checks completed prior to your guests arriving for your reception.
If you are having any pre events (example wedding ceremony, canapés, pre drinks etc) at the same venue please ensure to let us know so we can be set up prior to these starting – this earlier set up time is complimentary and is NOT charged to you.
Id like my guests to send in a song request when they RSVP is this ok?
Of course this is ok.
We are happy to take a list of suggestions or must play songs from yourselves or your guests. As our Breeze Wedding Package is a light DJ this is not available for this particular package.
We ask that this list be emailed through to our office (firstname.lastname@example.org) about two weeks prior to your function.
How do I tell you what songs we want if you don’t give me lists?
At TJ Productions we do not get our customers to pick from a long list of songs we have, we pride ourselves on having professional DJ’s who can read your guests and based on a form we have specially designed, find out about you and the mood you want for your event, and play songs based on the atmosphere of the night. We are able to play almost any song from 1940’s through to current in most genres.

When it comes to your special requested tracks like first dance and Cake cutting etc. We have places to request these specifically in our online forms. If we don’t have the track you are after, we will purchase it for your event at no extra charge.
