    Our Forms Explained

    At TJ Productions we do not get our customers to pick from a long list of songs we have, we pride ourselves on having professional DJ’s who can read your guests and based on a form we have specially designed, find out about you and the mood you want for your event, and play songs based on the atmosphere of the night. We are able to play almost any song from 1940’s through to current in most genres.

    Each of our packages has a form designed just for that package but in general all of our package forms are the same. All of our forms start with some basic contact information, if you are having several of our forms there is no need to fill it in for each form.

    Below you will find a run through of all our forms.

    Ceremony Form
    Our ceremony form is designed just for your ceremony. We will play music for 30min prior to your guests arrival and up to 30min after your ceremony. We ask for the specific songs you would like played as you walk down the isle, sign your register and walk out as husband and wife.

    Gold, Silver and Bronze Forms
    Theses forms differ slightly depending on the form, as Silver does not include MC questions.

    The forms start with asking questions about the formal parts of your night, meaning we ask for what songs you would like your guests to enjoy prior to your entry into the reception, what songs you would like for bridal party entry, cake cutting, first dance, bouquet toss etc.
    If we are your MC we will also ask  how you want us to announce your entry, who is doing speeches etc.
    We then move onto the “Party” section of the forms, meaning we ask about songs that get you both up and dancing, what radio stations you listen to and get you to tick the genres/decades that you believe would go well with your reception.

    These online forms are designed that you can enter some information, save and come back again. Our online system “locks” off from changes 2 weeks prior to your wedding. This allows your DJ enough time to look at it prior to calling you, source any songs they may need to add to their library and start designing your personalised playlist.
