HOW DO I LOG INTO YOUR SYSTEM/ MY PORTAL?
IM IN THE SYSTEM BUT I CAN’T FIND MY FORMS?
Once you have logged into the system you will be on the first/Home page.
When you scroll down you will see the heading “incomplete forms”, this is all the forms related to your booking.
Simply click on each form and start filling in the question. Questions marked with an asterisks (*) must be completed
Once your done for the day click “Save draft”, this will allow you to come back again and again.
Once you have completed the form/s for the final time you can select “send” this will lock off your form early and let your DJ know youve finished filling it in.
ALL forms will lock off changes 14 days prior to your event to allow us time to design your personalised playlist.
I’VE CHANGED MY RECEPTION DETAILS… HOW DO I DO THIS?
I NEED TO MAKE A PAYMENT BUT NOT SURE HOW?
Log into the portal, on the home screen you will see the heading “open invoices”.Click on the box with the invoice you’d like to pay, this will open a new window containing your invoice.Once it loaded you can select to make a payment via PayPal or scroll to the bottom of the invoice to see our banking details for a direct deposit.*Please ensure you use your invoice number when making a payment (invoice numbers are located in the top right of the invoice)
