DJ/MC
Overview
TJ Productions is a multi-award winning DJ, MC and Photobooth Company Based in the Milton/Ulladulla area.
We currently have an opportunity for a charismatic music lover to join our DJ/MC team. The DJ/MC role will include performing at Weddings, Parties, Corporate Gigs and Community Events.
This will be a casual employment position.
Duties may Include
- Liaising with Booked clients regarding event details
- Use of our online booking system and CRM to manage booked events
- Attending client planning meetings in advance of event (MC Role)
- Setup and pack up of performance equipment prior to and after event (Sound and Lighting equipment)
- Playing music by means of multiple methods provided (Portable device and/or DJ Laptop and Controller)
- Live DJ Music performances (Reading a crowd and entertaining multiple demographic clients)
- Master of ceremonies duties including timeline management and microphone work
- Live mixing of multiple event providers (Musician and/or DJ)
- Liaising with third party event vendors and venues
We will supply:
- Essential DJ and MC Training (Including training in our online bookings and management system)
- All Music and Equipment (Sound, Lighting and Computer)
- Hourly rate comparable to your skill level and ability to perform some/all duties listed in the above duty scope (+ Super)
Applicant must haves.
- Over 18 Years of age
- Your own car and Drivers License
- A mobile phone
- Be presentable and well groomed
- Willingness to work weekends and lock in weekend work in advance
- Ability to work by yourself with minimal supervision
Experience and exposure to performing arts preferred but not required.
